Torsion Bars

1. CAD model – sample torsion bars are measured and a cad model created
2. Engineering drawings – drawings are created from the cad model
3. Torsion bar manufacture – the torsion bars are machined from spring steel bar, splines are cut using cutters made to suit or held in house, parts are then finally heat treated to give the required hardness and spring rate

We have made torsion bars for the Jaguar C-type and post war Frazer Nash

Leaf Springs

Drawings are made from sample springs. Specifications can be altered to change spring rate, ride height and wheel camber if required.
